The Community Table

Join us for the Community Table, proudly presented by New Horizon Co-op at the beautiful Veterans Memorial Gardens & Interpretive Centre! This unique eight-week supper series celebrates the connection between food, history, and community.

🌿 Each Wednesday evening, a maximum of 20 guests will stroll through our gardens and orchard to harvest fresh herbs, brew delightful Co-op Brand herbal tea, and enjoy a full meal inspired by diverse cultural traditions.

🗣️ Our evenings are curated and hosted by two Canada Summer Jobs students, who will share intriguing stories behind the ingredients, showcasing how herbs and spices are celebrated across various cultures.

🧪 Every guest will also receive a beverage jar and a recipe card to take home! Thanks to Co-op’s generous support, we’re able to keep this experience accessible at just $5 per person.

Come for the food, stay for the stories, and leave with a deeper appreciation for the flavors that bring us all together!
