This campaign aims to activate community connection with land and stewardship legacies, combat the loss of historical memory, and enable families to recreate their narratives through a short film and an eco-music soundscape featuring nature sounds recorded in the vital strip connecting the Maya Mountain forests in Belize.

🌍 The Belize Maya Forest is a critical habitat for wildlife and carbon sequestration, spanning an estimated 37,000 to 50,000 acres. Centuries of colonial timber extraction have degraded not only the forests but also the cultural heritage within them. Over 65% of the forest's original cover has been lost, placing native wildlife at severe risk. Your support affirms the vital role of culture and narratives in creating sustainable futures.
