By taking part in a Pilates class and signing this declaration you are confirming that you take part in exercise at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for monitoring your capability to participate in any exercise session.
If your doctor has recommended that you avoid any particular exercise, you have any injuries or are pre/post natal please make sure you inform your Pilates instructor.
