Join us for The Listening Body: A Practice of Not Knowing, an immersive workshop focused on Qi Gong and Intuitive Movement. 🌿✨

In this unique somatic exploration, we delve into how genuine expression can arise from deep listening rather than sheer effort. By engaging in a method known as spontaneous movement (Zifa Gong) from Qigong, participants will learn to be guided by their bodies, discovering the wisdom they hold.

What happens when we truly listen and befriend the signals our bodies communicate? How does it feel when our body, rather than our mind, leads the way? 🤔✨

Throughout this workshop, we will also address healing from injuries or discomfort, drawing from my own journey. Healing often begins when we shift our focus from fixing to listening and responding to what our bodies need. 🧘‍♂️💫

Using physical and subtle practices such as Qi Gong, spontaneous movement, and contact improvisation, we will connect these principles within ourselves and with one another.

📖 About the Teacher

Benjamin A. Lindh Medin (born 1989, Sweden) is a movement artist, teacher, and founder of The Listening Body. With a background steeped in artistry and healing, he has honed his skills in various disciplines, including Ashtanga Yoga and urban dance.

After experiencing injuries and fostering a love for the natural world, Benjamin devoted himself to somatic and holistic practices, merging these with his artistic pursuits. His journey over the past decade has enriched his understanding of Qi Gong, meditation, and contact improvisation, allowing him to explore the intersection of art, ecology, and holistic living. 🌍💖
