WHAT IS THE PAUSE

A quiet, women-only afternoon to slow down, breathe, and simply be. No agenda, no pressure. Just a warm, private space in the company of other women, at your own pace and in your own time. Great for anyone who wants a quiet space to read, craft, reflect, or work, without the pressure for constant conversation.

WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE

• Journal or write a letter to your future self or someone else.
• Browse the books.
• Try your hand at a craft, get through your to-do list, or work.
• Enjoy tea and snacks.
• Sit quietly or get to know the other women in the room.

We’ve also introduced a silent room this time, a small dedicated space for four women who want to use the afternoon without any interaction at all. Just quiet time.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

A private space, journaling notebooks and prompts, beautiful letter writing kits, postcards, stationery, stickers, mini embroidery kits, Mandala coloring pages, sketching papers, tea, and snacks.

Everything is taken care of, and you're free to use any of the materials provided. You just have to show up! Feel free to bring your laptop, book, work, or craft. Anything you've been meaning to get to is welcome.

HOW IT WORKS

• 4 PM: Arrive, get yourself a drink and snack. Find a spot and settle in. We'll be there to welcome you, show you around, and help you ease into the space.
• Use any of the materials provided or do your own thing for the first 1 hour 30 mins.
• 5:30 PM: We'll use the last 30 mins to have a casual chat with the other women at your table.

We have a private room for anyone who just wants a quiet space to get through their own work without any interaction. 4 spaces in this room - first come, first served!
