TRANI INTERNATIONAL TANGO COMPETITION

Join us for the TRANI INTERNATIONAL TANGO COMPETITION, the first-ever sports competition within the prestigious International Trani Tango Festival! This exciting initiative aims to celebrate the harmonious blend of Sport and Tango Culture, showcasing talented dancers from around the globe with a chance to be part of the 2027 festival edition.

📝 Registration Details:

• Application Period: May 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026.
• Chair of the Judges: Maestro Miguel Ángel Zotto, a globally celebrated Tango Master and Artistic Director of the festival.

📩 How to Apply:

To participate, please send an email to presidente@aipta.it with the following information for each dancer:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Tax Code (Italian citizens) or valid ID Document (foreign citizens)
• Categories to enter: Tango Pista, Vals, Milonga, Tango Escenario
• Medical certificate for non-competitive sports activity (or equivalent for foreign participants)

💰 Participation Fees:

• €70.00 per athlete for up to three categories: Tango Pista, Vals, and Milonga
• Additional €20.00 for the Tango Escenario category
  Fees include association membership and athlete registration with ASC, which is vital for insurance coverage.

🔄 Registration Confirmation:

Valid registrations require email submission along with proof of bank transfer, referencing the names of the competitors.
