Join us for the biennial University District Community Association (UDCA) Historic Home Tour! This cherished neighborhood tradition invites you to explore the beauty, history, and unique character of our homes while supporting community programs and initiatives.

🌟 What to Expect:

• Tours: Discover inside six of Detroit’s beautifully maintained homes, featuring Art Deco elements and period decor.
• Details: Admire original hardwood floors, stunning stained glass windows, Pewabic and Flint Faience tiles, grand foyers, crystal chandeliers, and more.
• Inclusive Atmosphere: People of all ages and abilities are welcome. Supervision is required for young children, and some homes may have restrictions for strollers and wheelchairs.

🚶‍♂️ Getting Around: Whether you walk, bike, or drive, you'll enjoy the friendly atmosphere and meet locals who make the University District vibrant.
