When was the last time you just paused so you could look inward and really unpack what’s in your mind and heart? A lot of us tend to get caught up in the rush of daily life here in Madrid forgetting to slow down, and just sit with everything.
Join us for an intimate workshop designed to help you pause and process. Using the My Soul Brief-Case deck - a self-help tool developed and tested within high-performing teams in Asia - we will move past the fluff and dive into the heart of your current journey.
This session is for you if:

• How to enhance our intuition through exercises like mindfulness
• Grounding into the reflective process
• 30-minute personal journaling (materials provided)
• Talking about our reflective processes
• Packing our Briefcases for everyday

A small joining fee of EUR 7 will be charged to cover venue and materials. Unlimited coffee and tea will be available.
