Event Details:

• Distance: 400m of each:
  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Walking Lunges
  • Bear Crawl
  • Farmer Carry

Participation Options:

• Individual: For the super tough!
• Pairs: Team up for some company!
• Team of 4: Achievable goal with friends! 🎉
• Beginner Individual Course: A bit easier with:
  • 400m of Sprawl Steps
  • 400m Sled Pull
  • 400m Bag Carry
  • 400m Run

Entry Fees:

• R200 Individual
• R300 Pairs
• R500 Team of 4
• Late entries available on the day with a R50 surcharge per person (Cash or Zapper only).
