What's Happening?

Kick off with energizing group games, enjoy some serious volleyball rallies, refuel with specialty nutrition, and dance the afternoon away on a boat as the sun sets over the water.

The Timeline:

• 11:00 AM — Check-in & coffee magic ☕
• 11:30 AM — Intro group workout
• 12:00 PM — 1 hour of open volleyball play (all levels welcome)
• 1:00 PM — Hop on the boat and dance to the tunes of Bad Bunny, Karol G, Ozuna, and more!

Food & Drinks:
