The Way of the Cross (or Stations of the Cross) is a meaningful Christian devotion that reminds us of Jesus’ final journey—the suffering, love, and sacrifice for humanity. This practice consists of various moments, referred to as stations, that spotlight pivotal events from Jesus’ condemnation to His burial. Each station provides a moment for prayer, reflection, and quiet engagement with His story.

For newcomers, this is not about memorizing prayers or performing flawlessly. It's simply about walking with Jesus in your heart—reflecting on His suffering and immense love for all. You are free to listen, meditate, or offer your silent prayers.

The Way of the Cross is particularly observed during Lent and on Good Friday, inviting us to pause, be present, and recognize that amidst suffering, there is enduring hope, healing, and love. No prior experience is required—just bring an open heart.
