Join us for our invigorating Wednesday Rise & STRIDE at Grit Coffee Downtown! 🏃♀️ With an updated start time of 6:30 AM, we’re ready to beat the heat and keep your weekday schedule in check! This is a no-pressure event for women of all paces—run, walk, or stride your way to some midweek momentum! 💪
- 🏃♀️ Enjoy a 3.5 mi run or 2 mi walk with a welcoming community
- ☕️ Start & finish at Grit Coffee Downtown (201 W Water St)
- Meet at 6:30 AM and be ready to head out by 6:40 AM
- Anyone interested is welcome to grab a coffee afterwards to fuel their day!
