  Bring your own meal or grab something nearby. Nourishment is key!

• 2:00 PM: Collaborative Work & Circle Support (Vata Time)
  Work together in a creative and connective atmosphere. A voluntary circle will open for those seeking support or collaboration.

• 5:00 PM: Wrap-Up
  Share your wins and reflect on your achievements for the week ahead.
