Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle! 💧 This engaging practice will focus on the dynamic connection between movement and breath, emphasizing flexibility and strength. Each week, our instructor will introduce fun transitions and new poses, along with elements of breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness.
