Join us for an invigorating outdoor yoga experience in collaboration with our wonderful neighbors at Cafe Thoras! 🧘‍♂️✨

Practical Info:

• Location: Find us here!
• Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your yoga mat.
• Dress according to the weather 🌦️.
• We have yoga mats available for you.
• In case of bad weather, the class will be moved indoors to the Rört Studio.

About the Class:

Yoga GROW is a stimulating session inspired by Hatha and Anusara styles, encouraging the body to “grow” in various postures. 🌱 All skill levels are welcome!

Price & Sign-Up:

• Sign-up is required, as spots are limited.
