Join us for Yoga in the Parks, a welcoming and inclusive experience open to everyone! 🌼 Whether you're new to yoga or already experienced, our skilled teachers will guide you every step of the way. No prior experience or special abilities required! Bring your own yoga mat and get ready for 90 minutes of revitalizing practice.

What to Expect:

  1. Awareness & Warm-up: Start by tuning into your body and preparing for movement.
  2. Main Yoga Practice: Engage in a series of poses designed to build strength and flexibility.
  3. Complete Yogic Relaxation: Conclude with deep relaxation to harmonize body and mind.
