This curated experience features Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga aimed at cultivating inner peace and contentment.

Indulge in a delicious vegetarian curry and rice lunch, accompanied by a sweet Samoza, prepared by Coriander & Lime. 🍛

Post-lunch, we will explore the concept of Santosha, which means contentment. The afternoon includes mat-based poses spanning Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga—don’t forget to bring your bolsters or pillows! 🛏️

Prepare for a deeply healing experience as the incredible Paul from Sounds Healing performs with his Native American drum, ancient Tibetan singing bowls, and gongs. 🎶

We conclude with a luxurious sound bath and Svasana, immersing ourselves in tranquility.
