WCC is excited to bring more Zumba® to our calendar! 🎉

Join us for Zumba® Gold, specifically designed for active older adults (55+) seeking a fun and modified class that captures your favorite original moves at a lower intensity. Our class emphasizes all elements of fitness: cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance! 💪

Schedule:

• Mondays: 10 - 11 a.m.
• Tuesdays/Thursdays: 9 - 10 a.m.

Fees:

• $2 per person
• $20 for a 10-session pass
