Annual General Meeting (AGM)

It's that time of year again! Join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to learn more about the CTC's operations, hear about exciting plans for the upcoming season, and share your thoughts on shaping our community as we approach our 60th anniversary.

During the meeting, you’ll receive reports from our Board officers, reflect on the 2025-26 season, and participate in the elections for the 2026-27 Board. All members are encouraged to attend! Only members can vote, but everyone is welcome to come and have their voice heard. If you're interested in standing for the Board, we encourage you to do so!
