This workshop invites you to show up fully, fostering a space of listening, acceptance, and collaboration. Embrace the spirit of “yes, and” to create effortless and vibrant scenes.

What to Expect:
The Improv Lab is a fun and exploratory environment where everyone can experiment with fresh ideas and concepts. Each session features a rotating lineup of experienced facilitators from our community, bringing their unique styles and insights. Participants will engage in new exercises and work-in-progress formats, creating a supportive atmosphere for growth both as improvisers and instructors.

Practical Information:
🗓️ Location: Room 322, Folkuniversitetet, Kungstensgatan 45, Stockholm
💸 Price: Pay-what-you-can (between 50kr and 200kr) to help cover venue costs.
