Inaugural Smyrna Splash & Dash

Join us for the inaugural Smyrna Splash & Dash, a thrilling event hosted by the Town of Smyrna Parks & Recreation Department in collaboration with the Mid TN Multi-sport triathlon club! 🎉 This event is specifically designed for kids aged 6 to 15 to experience the joys of swimming and running in a friendly atmosphere.

The day kicks off at Splash Town pool, where participants will complete a quick time-trial lap swim. 🏊‍♂️ After splashing through the pool, kids will smoothly transition to the running segment by grabbing their shoes and hitting the double-wide sidewalks.

The scenic route takes runners through Lee Victory Park, past the playground and around the Captain Jeff Kuss Memorial, ultimately leading to the finish line at the Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center. 🏆
