Sheridan and Pietras will share insights on their collaboration with the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust and Ambur Nicosia, board president at Penn South. They will also address the ongoing rehabilitation of the co-op for compliance with Local Law 97, alongside the wider challenges involved in restoring midcentury campuses by the UHF. 🛠️
