Kickstart your week with vibrant Afro rhythms! 🌍 Join us every Monday for two exhilarating classes led by our amazing instructor. Whether you want to groove, dance, or nail your choreography, there’s something here for everyone!

Come solo or bring a friend for a fun time!

Schedule:

• 18:15 – 19:15: Afro Groove & Foundations
• 19:30 – 20:30: Afrobeat Choreo

💰 Pricing:

• Drop-in per class: 120 DKK
• Full Monday (1 or 2 classes):
  • 1 x week: 340 DKK
  • 2 x week: 450 DKK
• Monday (3 cycles of 4 weeks):
  • Cycle 1 – Foundation
    • Focus: Groove, body awareness, strength foundation
  • Cycle 2 – Development
    • Focus: Technique, choreography building, control
  • Cycle 3 – Performance
    • Focus: Performance energy, flow, expression & confidence
