O umění zblízka: Devadesátky
Om evenemanget
The 1990s are currently a frequent subject of historical research in the Czech Republic and abroad. The exhibition 1939–2021: The End of the Black-and-White Era also features works that reflect the state of society during this period of newly gained freedom. We will see works by Milena Dopitová, Krištof Kintera, Josef Bolf, Veronika Bromová, and others. The lecture will be given by art historian Markéta Čejková.
This tour is part of the Up Close with Art series. It will focus on specific sections of the collections and examine them in greater detail. Each tour will offer a new perspective on a particular theme and place it within a broader context, helping visitors better understand the collection as a whole.
