Join Us for a Peaceful Meditation Experience! 🌸

You’re warmly invited to participate in our Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings, held in English! No prior experience is necessary, and best of all—it's completely free! You can simply show up and join.

Our welcoming group is made up of people from various backgrounds, ages, and levels of experience. We sit comfortably on chairs or pillows (no need to bring your own mat!), so feel free to wear your everyday clothes.

What to Expect:

  • A tranquil environment focused on meditation, which promotes mental silence and thoughtless awareness.
  • Experience peace and joy as you stay present, free from the distractions of past and future thoughts.
  • Regular practice can help you cultivate this serene state within yourself.

Meet our dedicated volunteers who guide each session, providing a brief introduction followed by soothing meditation exercises. We also share tips on how to continue meditating at home. Enjoy a cup of tea and some social time for questions and discussions after class.
