Surrender your phone and join us for a curated morning of grounded practices, reflective exploration, and sensory stillness, culminating in a COMO Shambhala tea tasting experience designed to reconnect you with the present moment. Across 3 immersive hours, be gently guided from the inside out.

The Morning Journey

• Arrival & Registration (10:30 AM): Settle in, hand your phone over to our phone hotel, choose your seat, and let the morning begin.
• Welcome & Grounding (10:40 AM): An introduction to the space, the story behind Tryve, and a gentle flow-check to ease you into a mindful headspace.
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork (10:50 AM): Led by guest instructor Katie, followed by a personal intention-setting exercise to anchor your morning.
• Reflective Practice Stations (11:10 AM): Start with 10 minutes of guided journaling led by Tiffany, then explore three themed stations at your own pace. Bring along a book, journaling materials, or silent activities you’d like to enjoy.
• COMO Shambhala Tea Tasting (12:20 PM): A sensory workshop using ginger, lemon, and honey, focusing on how taste, aroma, and intention can ground us in the present.
• Social Time (12:50 PM): In a world where meeting new people can be tough, take a step to change the narrative and connect with at least one new friend!
• Closing Circle (1:20 PM): Reflect on your experience.
• End of Event (1:30 PM): You’re warmly welcome to stay on and enjoy COMO Singapore's lunch service.
