Delight in a carefully curated selection of classic soy-simmered staples: kelp, jammy eggs, tofu, and pork belly—served alongside fragrant rice. All dishes showcase HEYDOH's premium Classic Soy Sauce and are elevated with a finish of Silky Soy Sauce.
💵 Price:
$16 per person. This is a ticketed event with limited seating available. A few walk-in spots may open, but availability is not guaranteed.

👩🍳 About the Chef:
Meet Jocelyn Ueng, a talented Taiwanese American chef with accolades from renowned establishments like The French Laundry, Satoyama Jujo, and Noma. Currently, she’s working on her own restaurant set to launch in the Hudson Valley in 2027.

Experience the essence of Taiwan’s vibrant street stalls, where the freshest seasonal ingredients are expertly braised in a rich soy sauce broth.

Christine Liu, HEYDOH co-founder, will be present to share insights into our craft. You can also purchase bottles of HEYDOH’s single-origin soy sauce, along with refreshing beverages and other snacks from Myrtle Wombat.
