Join us for an afternoon of feel-good combining strength, stamina and connection. On the agenda:
A 40-minute Lagree workout at CORE40: low-impact, and guaranteed to challenge your body while sharpening your focus
An easy 5k run, keeping things social, light, and fun with lots of opportunities to talk to multiple people.
A relaxed moment to sit, connect, and actually get to know each other.
(the order of activity will differ depending on what group you're in)
Designed for active singles (20–35) who love moving their bodies and meeting like-minded people without the pressure, just good energy.
