Join us for a Sunday Social Club devoted to movement, nervous system restoration, and genuine connection!

We’ll kick off with a 35-minute signature reformer class led by the dynamic BODYROK team — a high-energy, low-impact full-body workout that aims to strengthen, sculpt, and energize your entire body. 🏋️‍♀️

After class, the environment will shift into reset mode. Stay for mini Reiki sessions from LA Reiki Center, unwind within our community, and engage in guided prompts designed to help everyone truly connect! 🤝

This is more than just another fitness class. It’s a blend of movement, recovery, wellness, and community — all wrapped into one experience! ❤️
