HEADROOM presents Techno Yoga: Pride Edition in partnership with SPACS Art Gallery and Matcha Beats, returning for its second edition after a sold-out debut.
Join us for an afternoon of movement, music, matcha, and community on the eve of Pride Weekend in NYC, celebrating self-expression, confidence, and the joy of feeling at home in your body.
Led by yoga teacher James Donegan with a live techno soundtrack by Artela, this 75-minute experience blends accessible yoga with uplifting techno music in an inspiring gallery setting, leaving you feeling energized, empowered, and connected.
Whether you're a regular yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, James will guide a dynamic flow designed to be welcoming, playful, and accessible to all levels.
After class, enjoy complimentary matcha from Matcha Beats, explore the gallery, and connect with fellow attendees during a relaxed community hangout.

ABOUT JAMES DONEGAN
James Donegan is a New York City-based yoga and meditation teacher and founder of Daily Flow Yoga. He also teaches at Equinox and specializes in creating accessible, sustainable practices that blend movement, mindfulness, and yoga therapy principles. His classes are welcoming to practitioners of all levels.
ABOUT ARTELA
Artela is a Taiwanese DJ, producer, and classical pianist based between New York and London. Known for blending hypnotic grooves and driving rhythms in the underground electronic music scene, she has performed at Ministry of Sound and shared lineups with artists including KRYDER and Corey James and more.
