• Somatic Voice Work: Engage in practices to ground your voice in a rich sensory experience, reconnecting with the intelligence of breath and deep listening.
• Traditional Songs: Learn traditional Eastern European melodies with Irena, focusing on oral transmission and the embodied knowledge of folk songs.
• Collaborative Vocal Improvisation: Dive into spontaneous group singing and sound storytelling with Alessio, celebrating our innate musical creativity.

🌊 Nature Connection: Enjoy activities like singing with the elements, guided walks through lush landscapes, and deep silence embraced by trees, rivers, and wind.

🧘‍♀️ Daily Flow: Alternate between intimate indoor yoga sessions and invigorating outdoor practices, with time for silent walks, individual reflection, and shared meals.

Fees:

• Accommodation (includes 5 nights, 3 vegetarian meals/day): 5150 CZK (~205€), or 3150 CZK (~125€) for camper van accommodation.
• Workshop Fee: A sliding scale from 390-590€ based on your financial situation; early bird discount of 350€ if paid by March 1, 2026.
