Women’s Mental Health Support Group

Join us at our empowering women’s support group, Girls in Gray, which has been fostering empowerment, safety, and love since March 2023. 🩶

Who is it for?

All women aged 14 and up!

What to expect:

This group focuses on community support, featuring a licensed counselor available for guidance. We also engage in community service projects and host social events. Our belief is strong: women supporting women is essential, especially on the journey of mental health.

This environment will be a nurturing space combining empowerment, vulnerability, and love for all in need of support.
