
YOGA | Vinyasa Flow by the Sea
Unwind by the beautiful seaside with a rejuvenating 60-minute Vinyasa flow designed to help you release the day’s stress and reconnect with your body.
Begin with grounding exercises and intention setting, then transition into a warm-up and dynamic flow, concluding with an extended savasana for deep relaxation and renewal. Expect a practice that builds strength while allowing you to slow down and let go.
This class welcomes all levels, with variations offered for everyone!
After the session, take a moment to enjoy the sunset, meet new friends, and ease into the evening together.
What to bring: Water, a yoga mat or beach towel, and an open mind! 😊
Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a timely start.
This session will be led by Mariah, one of our founders, who recently received her yoga teacher certification in India and is thrilled to share this practice with you.
