English Job Denmark has teamed up with Djøf to bring you a workshop that centres on identifying your strengths, values and career motivation.
If you struggle to identify your ‘why’ and way forward, we will help you find clarity and identify what drives you, what will bring you satisfaction in your career and the steps to make it happen.
The workshop will cover:
What are your values & why they shape your career
How to identify your strengths; how to use them in your career and development
What are your career ‘drivers’ and how they shape your career path and job search
Why building a ‘tribe’ around you can help with networking, job success and motivation
The session will include time for you to reflect on each step of the process.
After the workshop, you will have an increased awareness about how to create your inner compass to develop your career. Leading to a more fulfilling job search and being able to ‘sell’ your skills and expertise to potential recruiters and hiring managers.
