201 Chocolate Making Class

Join us for a unique chocolate-making experience led by our owner and master chocolate maker, Dan! 🌟 This class is only hosted 2-3 times a year, so don't miss out on this hands-on opportunity to learn the art of chocolate making from bean to bar.

During the 3-hour session, you'll:

• Witness the magic of chocolate making condensed into a short time frame.
• Embark on a world tasting tour to explore the unique flavor profiles of single-origin chocolate. 🌍
• Dive into techniques for flavor development and production.
• Work in pairs to formulate your own single-origin or blended dark chocolate. 🍫

You'll leave with:

• Three bars of chocolate that you poured yourself.
• About a pound of finished, untempered chocolate perfect for nibbling or baking. 🎉

Everyone will go home with a generous amount of untempered chocolate along with several bars of their choosing!
