2026 Lung Fibrosis Symposium
Join Us for the Lung Fibrosis Symposium! 🎉
Gather with us at Stanford University to dive into the fascinating scientific outcomes of the Lung Fibrosis Hackathon! This year, researchers from around the globe collaborated to analyze multiomics data centered around a rare disease case.
After an engaging day, celebrate our achievements together at the Happy Hour post-symposium! 🍹
Hackathon Highlights
In collaboration with the Allman Institute, our Winter/Spring 2026 hackathon meticulously examined a rare biallelic integrin alpha-3 (ITGA3) mutation, which significantly impacts the integrity of the basement membrane in the lungs, kidneys, and skin. This mutation leads to interstitial lung disease, chronic hypoxemic respiratory failure, and end-stage renal disease.
This symposium will showcase the innovative research unveiled during the hackathon.
Stay tuned for the agenda and more information!
