In this special women's gathering, we’ll dive deep into the experience of receiving — celebrating where it feels effortless and uncovering the areas of tension and discomfort.

✨ What to Expect:

• Start with a cacao ceremony to ground ourselves and connect with our senses.
• Engage in a guided meditation focused on the theme of receiving.
• Participate in a journaling practice to explore your own patterns, limits, and questions.

As we transition into a free-flowing conversation, we'll reflect on:

• How our upbringing influences our capacity to receive.
• The connections between receiving and self-worth.
• How our experiences differ when receiving from men, women, or the greater community.
• The somatic aspect: What happens in your body when something is offered to you? Are you open or do you feel the urge to retreat?

This gathering is an invitation to better understand your receiving mechanisms, aiming for awareness and ease to take the place of unconscious contraction.
