• Reservations cut off ONE HOUR before the session start time.

Prepaid reservations will be treated as redeemed for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be permitted. Full credit will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance (no refunds).
