We’ll begin the night with a cocktail reception in Undercote’s lounge, a subterranean space that feels like a tucked-away escape from the city. With dark, plant-filled interiors and ambient music, the setting offers a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere to settle in, connect, and ease into the evening with fellow leaders across in the industry.
Guests will enjoy a curated cocktail program alongside access to COTE’s award-winning wine list. Following cocktails, we’ll move into a fully private dining room for a seated dinner experience. Chef’s tasting menu is designed to be shared across the table, creating a natural flow for conversation throughout the evening. Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available to ensure all guests are accommodated.
With limited seating across just two tables, the evening is intentionally small creating space for meaningful discussion, new connections, and a more personal experience.
