Joseph Szczerba is the Chief Information Security Officer at Delphos Labs, a VC-backed, AI-native software company, where he leads security for frontier AI applications and enterprise risk. Before moving to the private sector, he was a Senior Executive at the FBI, where he led nation-state cyber threat intelligence and served as deputy for cybercrime threat intelligence.His work spans incident response, threat intelligence, AI governance, insider risk, and adversary tradecraft, grounded in years of operating in regulated, high-stakes environments. Joseph speaks frequently on AI and cybersecurity, and has been featured on multiple panels at the RSA Conference and in the Wall Street Journal. He holds a JD and is an active member of the DC Bar, with certifications including CISSP, CISM, AIGP, CIPP/US, GCIH, GSEC, and GPEN.

Evan Powell is co-founder and CEO of DeepTempo, an AI cybersecurity company pioneering deep learning for threat detection. A serial entrepreneur and open-source builder, Evan has spent his career developing technologies that help engineering and security teams operate at scale. Before DeepTempo, he co-founded StackStorm, an early leader in event-driven automation that helped shape the foundations of modern SOAR before its acquisition by Brocade. His work has consistently focused on solving complex operational challenges through scalable, developer-first platforms.

Today, Evan is leading the development of the industry's first transformer-based log language models (LogLMs), trained on large-scale network telemetry to detect evolving threats through behavioral analysis rather than static rules. He is a strong advocate for applying modern data engineering and AI principles to cybersecurity, helping organizations reduce alert fatigue, improve detection accuracy, and build security operations that can keep pace with today's dynamic threat landscape. Evan regularly shares his perspective on the future of AI-powered security, resilient SOCs, and the next generation of cyber defense systems.
