As your breath flows through your body, it awakens and harmonizes energy, inviting emotions, memories, and patterns to surface and be released. Each session is unique; participants may experience emotional release, profound stillness, unity, or connections beyond themselves.

NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. It's best not to eat for at least 1 hour beforehand. Eye masks will be provided, or feel free to bring your own.
