About the Film:
Released in 1989, Say Anything stars John Cusack alongside Ione Skye and John Mahoney. The poignant story follows high school senior Lloyd Dobler (Cusack) as he tries to win over the beautiful and intelligent Diane Court (Skye) against the wishes of her overprotective father (Mahoney) before she leaves for a scholarship in England. This film marked the directorial debut of Cameron Crowe.
