Annual Coed All-Nighter

It’s that time of year again. THE ALL NIGHTER TOURNAMENT IS BACK. This is a 5/5 tournament, and only 20 teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with any additional teams placed on a waitlist. The cost is $200 per team, plus $12 per game per team paid to umpires. Games will begin at 6:00 PM, with a one-hour time limit for all games except the semi-finals and finals. There will be one division with a three-game guarantee. Teams must use 52/300 men’s balls and 44/375 women’s balls, all with an ASA stamp, and each team must provide two men’s and two women’s balls per game. ASA bats only are allowed. Players may play on multiple teams during the first two games only. Weaving is permitted but must be declared before the game begins, otherwise it will not be allowed. Courtesy runners must have a wristband, available for $20, and no runner will be allowed without one. Due to last year’s controversy, new home run rules are in place: teams are allowed three home runs per game, with any additional home run counting as an out. Teams may purchase up to two extra home runs for $10 each, but this must be done before the start of the game. All proceeds from wristbands and home run purchases will be donated to the Veterans Closet. If all 20 teams are filled, there will be a cash payout for the winners.
