Argentine Tango for Beginners

Join us for an exciting journey into the world of Argentine Tango - a beautiful and powerful dance rooted in Argentina.

Who Can Participate?
Everyone is welcome! Those seeking asylum or with temporary protection in Sweden will have priority if the course reaches capacity. Our aim is to foster connections among participants, learning from one another. The instructors adapt their language so everyone can join in!

Course Overview:
Dive into the foundations of Argentine Tango with simple dance steps. You will practice both leading and following, as tango is all about partnership and dancing in pairs. By the end of the course, you'll feel confident enough to attend prácticas — open meetings where you can practice tango with fellow dancers.

Your Instructors:
The course will be led by the dynamic duo, Aldo and Linn from Tango08. With years of teaching experience, they are passionate about guiding you through the fun of Argentine Tango! They also organize dance evenings (milongas) and practice sessions (prácticas).

Course Schedule:

• September: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
• October: 6, 13, 20 (No class on October 27 – autumn holiday)
• November: 3, 10, 17, 24
• December: 1, 8, 15
