¡BAILA! Community Dance Party

¡BAILA! is La Peña Cultural Center’s monthly community dance party, bringing together live salsa, DJs, and a welcoming dance floor built for chosen family and new faces alike.

The night begins at 7:30 PM when doors open and DJ sets get both rooms moving. At 8:00 PM, beginner-friendly, gender-inclusive Salsa and Bachata classes led by In Lak’ech Dance Academy invite everyone in, with no partner or experience needed. By 8:30 PM, the party opens up into two dance floors, with Dominican Bachata in one room and Ritmos Tropicales in the other, powered by DJ Ron and DJ José Ruiz. At 10:00 PM, a live Salsa concert takes over the main stage, keeping the energy high before the final stretch of social dancing. The music runs until 1:00 AM, closing out with the kind of community glow that makes people want to come back next month.

Tickets are offered on a sliding scale from $15–$30, with advance tiers and a $30 door price, plus options like student/senior and group discounts, and free entry for La Peña members.
