
Bedok Reservoir Park to Old Airport Road Food Centre (18 km)
Join us for an invigorating mix of cycling and brisk walking! 🚴♀️ We will start with 7 cycles of Interval Walk Training (IWT) around the beautiful Bedok Reservoir Park, followed by a brisk walk to East Coast Parkway (ECP) for another 5 IWT cycles. Finally, we'll wind down with a walk to either Mountbatten MRT or the Old Airport Road Food Centre for a delightful lunch! 🍽️
