5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Doors Open. Registration and welcome.

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Speaker sessions across five tracks, each followed by open discussion at tables grouped by topic.

7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Networking. Structured conversation over snacks to close the evening.
