Break, Optimise, Monitor: A Hands-On Voice Agent Workshop (Bangalore)

Join us for an interactive workshop where you'll put your voice agent to the test!

What to Expect:

1. Get an Agent on the Line (30 min)
   Connect your existing agent or start from our provided template. Chat agents are welcome too!

2. Build Callers to Break It (40 min)
   Create scenarios based on your agent's description, including various personas and situations. We'll simulate real calls against your live agent.

3. Score Human Review (40 min)
   Analyze transcripts and audio for interruption handling, context retention, and more. We'll evaluate transcription accuracy and latency breakdowns.

4. Fix and Prove It (30 min)
   Review failure clusters, adjust prompts or flows, and re-run tests to verify improvements.

5. Keep It Honest in Production (40 min)
   Learn how to trace live calls and set up alerts for ongoing evaluation.

What You Leave With:

• A tested agent against a custom scenario suite.
• A scored report highlighting actual breaks.
• A before-and-after diff on your fixes.
• A regression suite and CI gate for future testing.
