Oceana & Jesper warmly invite you to join an enriching Cacao, Breathwork & Sound Ceremony themed Heart Awake 🔻. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your body and journey from the mind to the heart.

As we transition from the long winter and eclipse season, we welcome the spring—a time for expansion, blossoming, and awakening. In 2026, new doors will open as astrological transits come to completion, and this ceremony aims to support the balance between the mind and heart in all that is ready to manifest.

No prior experience is necessary to step into this circle. You will be held in a safe and sacred space where you can be exactly as you are.

• Ceremonial Cacao & Macambo: Enjoy two exclusive Teobromin cocoa varieties sourced from a historic location (Jaén, Peru), award winners at the International Chocolate Awards 2025, opening the heart and inviting presence.
• Breathwork: A guided breathing method that uses conscious breathing to release stress, emotional tensions, and mental blockages, activating the body’s self-healing system, balancing the nervous system, and calming the mind.

Since summer 2025, Oceana and Jesper have been inviting circles in Uppsala, where Oceana shares the medicine of the heart, and Jesper weaves the power of community and connection. They create a heart-opening space for healing, presence, and inner exploration.

• Oceana has been working as a healer, holistic therapist, and cacao ceremonialist since 2022, charming with her feminine softness, wisdom, and shamanic roots in her sessions and circles. More info about her services and ceremonial cacao can be found at www.oceanajf.com.

• Jesper Lissmark Hult has been a breathwork instructor, hypnotherapist, social pedagogue, and handpan musician for over 10 years, assisting individuals in personal development, finding authenticity, and creating deeper connections. In his sessions, he combines breath, presence, and sound to guide participants to a place of clarity, stillness, and inner power.
