This Thursday we’re hosting a free online Call of the Soul, and I thought you might be interested in joining us as a way of taking more step in your personal journey inwards.

The theme is Plentitude:
When you know exactly what you need to do… but you still can’t do it.
Why do we keep repeating the same patterns even though we know they hurt us?

Many of us know we need to set boundaries, make a difficult decision, leave behind what no longer serves us, or choose a different path… and yet we often find ourselves doing the opposite of what we know is right for us.
Why is understanding something often not enough to create real change?

This will be an open and honest conversation exploring what keeps us stuck in cycles we no longer want to repeat, and how we can begin to move from a different place.
